Finance & Strategy Manager (Remote – Full-Time)

Blockava is looking for a sharp and strategic Finance & Strategy Manager to join our growing remote team. This mid-level role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in financial planning and operations, ready to own processes, drive growth decisions, and act as a partner to leadership.

You’ll oversee financial systems, build models to support decision-making, and contribute directly to the company’s growth strategy. If you thrive at the intersection of finance, operations, and startup agility — this is your role.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Own and refine Blockava’s financial models, forecasts, and budgets across departments
  • Track, report, and analyze core business metrics including MRR, CAC, LTV, burn rate, and runway
  • Lead monthly reporting cycles, including dashboards and performance summaries for leadership
  • Analyze pricing strategies, customer acquisition costs, and profitability by segment
  • Optimize operational processes such as billing, vendor management, and payment flows
  • Support strategic decisions with ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling
  • Collaborate with founders and team leads on investment planning and long-term strategy
  • Help prepare investor reports and fundraising materials (pitch decks, financial tables, etc.)

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or strategy role — ideally at a SaaS or tech company
  • Deep proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for modeling and analysis
  • Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Stripe, Notion, or a CRM platform
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics and startup finance
  • Proven ability to turn numbers into actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally and directly with leadership teams
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Self-directed, highly reliable, and comfortable in a remote-first environment

  • Exposure to financial compliance, bookkeeping, or investor relations
  • Comfort with SQL or BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
